    This uses the threaded type found on the regular workhorse, a threaded palladium screw. The ELA caps will work, but you'll need the hybrid center post. We plan to have more of those up for sale soon. Working on a batch of them as we speak.

    Looks like you found the problem, but a sticking button on any mechanical mod is tell-tale sign of a short. When an atomizer or battery shorts, tremendous current is released, this causes the button to stick to the wall, it essentially is a micro spot weld.

    Yes, a short will cause your battery to heat extremely fast.

    If you have any sharp edges, you can chamfer them off a bit, you won't hurt anything.

    You likely have short somewhere in the system. To clean out the top cap post well where the atomizer screws in, just use a bit of dishsoap and a toothbrush to get down in there, sometimes debris down in there can cause a short. Check your battery for any rips in its wrapper. Lastly, check...
