    if your refilling carts then you will be able to refill them till the draw gets tight or like some have said you lose flavor nic and throat hit, if your not refilling and buying prefilled carts then you will get a harsh burnt taste that will instantly tell you to change the cart or the flavor...

    Id say ego twist, set it to ur sweet spot when you first get it if you dont want to mess with variable voltage right away then just vape like that till you feel you want more or less volts and look into the ohms of carts and figure out what you might need. Good Luck Arthur

    there is the new 1.5t lava tube from vaporbeast it reads carto ohms has a battery meter on screen and the chrome has a recessed ego connection for all ego threaded stuff. this one only drops .2-.6v with 1.5 carts I'm sure it would only drop maybe .2-.8v with 1.25
