hey h82w8 i had the same issue with mine having the arm being loose i contacted evolv and they said it was fine that some are loose and it wont cause an issue with the device working properly but if there ever was a problem just send it back and they would replace it so dont worry your darwin is... -

i was happy to pay that amount for my darwin it was well worth it i only paid 10 bucks less for my provari and the darwin outshines it in every way dont get me wrong i am keeping my provari as it is a great mod also but the darwin just takes it to a whole new level
