As for the "not a game changer" comment...I would say that you are correct that Vaping technology is incremental...and in that sprit...I can say that a lot of the advancement that I've seen in the past three years have been just that...
Clean your tank...particularly the carb hole. Use vodka and squire it though the center hole out the carb. let it dry. Set it back up. If it's leaking...there is too much juice in your atty. Bubbles means it's feeding...don't feed it if you see bubbles...draw a little harder to bring the juice...
