    They would have to buy a meter of some sorts to know what their device is actually vaping at anyway. I think they can just buy a device, know it's correct, and vape. I don't think the average vaper wants to screw around with things...they just want to know that 4v is the same vape no matter what...

    I was referring to the Zmax being expensive. Not the meter. I'm not sure if the meter will also measure non pwm device, but perhaps someone else can answer that?

    I agree, the whole PWM devices that hit like a tank don't really hit like a tank, they are just outputting more voltage. So really, anyone who likes them, if they were tuned correctly, that person would simply have to turn their voltage up to still get their "monster hit". I hate to shatter...

    You've got it exactly right...if a person isn't worried about this...they probably vape at a high voltage, and most likely enjoy vaping at a higher voltage then they realize. In that case, it doesn't matter to them that the Vmax or any of a number of other devices don't go below 4.5v...but if...

    That's exactly right. That's why you see both rms and vavg in the charts I show in the video. I was showing that the LavaTube 2.0 does eventually stop pulsing and at that point rms = vavg, at least according to what I've been told ;)

    Well, besides the eGo, the scoped wave on those devices doesn't seem to look the same as a Vmax, or some of the other Chinese mods out there. I should have been more clear, yes, this does not pertain to those mods you listed.

    I actually don't agree with calling anything eGo compatible unless it has the threads. Lots of manufactures have been calling a raised 510 connector "eGo compatible" lately...oh well.
