    I might give it a try someday soon. I've never wicked the Kayfun with silica, and sometimes I can taste the cotton through the liquid. Kind of an old wet towel taste and I wonder if silica would give a cleaner taste.

    It is indeed like a pipeline pro. And if I could find a way to upload an image through tapatalk, I could show you a picture of my beauty. The only thing I don't like about is that is too smooth, so kinda hard to hold on to.

    Not really, in my country it is classified as a sleeping disorder, so the doctors prescribe sleeping pills. I already take muscle relaxants for something else, but they don't work for my legs unfortunately. But simple aspirine does the trick as well in my case. And sometimes I use a cooling gel...

    Cool legs are more quiet than legs that get too warm. A simple painkiller usually helps me sleep when my legs get restless. That, and keeping them cool.
