Thanks OS - it's an oddity. Ad Blocker on IE10 isn't turned on by default, so I turned it on (Safety>>Tracking Protection>>installed EasyList Standard) - refreshed, and same issue. Disabled it - refreshed - same result.
Not a deal-breaker, but is frustrating. Doesn't seem to occur anywhere...
Thanks - wish I could report that that solved the problem; sadly though, not the case.
Went from Med-High to Med (as suggested) - restarted IE10.. no change, same for after doing a hard-refresh (clearing cookies/cache, etc) and even restarting the system.

One I found in SA... Electronic Cigarette Store San Antonio...
(Thankfully) I don't think they make it any longer... you might send in a special request.. lol or perhaps someone will sell/give you what they have left... (And I'm sure they'd have plenty left.)
Not sure what affect the device (Zmax, in this case) might be having on your results, if any.
My guess is - if there's change in the way things are tasting - to look toward the carto/atomizer.
It's quite possible you've fidgeted with the settings enough (too high/low/etc) that the coils...
