    Actually most regulated mods are more efficient at levels above there lower limit. For instance it may be more efficient at .2 than at .05 and therefore easier on the board. Sorry I highjacked the thread earlier.

    Here is the recipe 10oz of cashews 2 tsp honey In a processor blend the cashews and honey and drizzly walnut oil till its the thickness you like. Maybe up to 1/3 cup. Add good pinch of salt. I got that recipe from Alton Brown on GoodEats
