    I tried all the options. Tonight I even tried to order just the battery charger and it was declined - however, not because of what was ordered. It said the order was declined by the issuing bank of the cardholder. The bank wouldn't send the money to PayPal. That has never happened to me before...

    What kind of atty are you using? Might help if you could put some wicking material at the bottom of the chamber. I don't know 60 W seems pretty high to me, try lowering it as it may be to hot for your juice. Can you adjust or open up the airflow? If none of these suggestions work, only...

    I was checking out RTD Vapor today and I couldn't get PayPal approval for the order. :grr: (was looking at the XTAR VP4 battery charger). So I renewed my PayPal account and it still wouldn't go through. :grr::grr: I was bummed, but saved about $40. Edit to add: was also ordering batteries.
