    No Worries Vapers are many, and at the ready.... Poised, waiting for the right moment to pounce. I know im in Canada, but personally I help by disputing bad rumors science etc etc, I also love all media tools at my disposal. Don't know what will happen when the dust settles, but we aren't alone.

    So what u read is factual on the rules vs others are speculation, so what else would u like to debate/ argue about? No one has said to NOT respond but it was suggested some wait for a more informative view of the rules by experts, a term not being grasped by some.
