Oh my goodness EXACTLY. My mom would send us out in the morning and say, "Be back for lunch." After lunch she would say, "You're kids with plenty of energy, I don't want to see you back here until dinner."
Then after dinner we'd play SPUD in the streetlights until 10.
If our parents didn't...
Ah yes, alcohol stories. I remember earning a drive with Daddy in his Mustang (to this day I love vintage 'stangs)...he'd have his beer wedged in the leather so it wouldn't spill...but of course it would always spill anyway...".......mit!" LOL. Going 70 in a residential area, no seatbelts, of...
THERE ARE SLEEVES????
Oh no. No no. I am at my spending limit for this month. Absolutely and completely. NO wiggle room. I did not see this. I did not see it................
I'm lucky enough to not really care that much for drinking (I have nothing against it, it just doesn't really do anything for me except put me to sleep) so I don't have that association. Currently, if everything went to hell, all my batteries died, etc. I'd ride it out with one of those $8 ones...
This is going to sound stupid, but that's part of why I rock a cigalike. I'm always freaked out that a cop is going to stop me in my car thinking it's something else if I go for one of the more complex setups...
Yikes, I can think of some doctors I would definitely NOT want to be smoking during an exam. Well...unless they rocked it like this guy...(who is, of course, not actually smoking...)
Wow, I remember my dad showing me something like that. He had been in the Army. I was fascinated with it. He also used to roll up all his shirts and underwear teeny-tiny in his drawers and he said it was a habit from the military.
I do get much worse insomnia (I'm not a great sleeper anyway) with too much nic in my system...now that you mention that, I definitely sleep better on 12mg than I did on 18mg.
Hey, the Bradys did that too, the boys had a big contest v. the girls to decide how the Green Stamps would be spent, the boys made Marcia cry or something (I'm sure nobody would have cared if Jan had been made to cry so it must have been Marcia, poor Jan, she probably grew up to be a serial...
Ha, yup. That looks like maybe the late 60s? (Not sure...do you know?)
In the 70s there were cigs everywhere...and I do mean EVERYwhere. Doctors smoked in their offices, teachers smoked in the teacher's lounge and our science teachers smoked in the little mini-storage room that separated each...
For the kind of juice I get, it tasted just as strong but I had a dramatic improvement in a few things that had been bothering me, especially a kind of painful throat on occasion. (My step-down was 18 to 12.)
