    Look at this. I prefer organic cotton balls in the beauty section myself. Good luck Also cotton should be snug but still slide easily in the coil. Too much or too little can cause burning or leaking. Notice in the video how much he uses.

    I've never heard of plain water vapor. Personally vaping is meant to help someone quit smoking IMO. Plain Water....where in the world would you get that idea.

I always have one filled with a fruity menthol (hated menthol cigs) go figure, one filled with a dessert or coffee flavor and one with a good tobacco flavor.     I'm no Dr but I have the same symptoms you have and its my thyroid. Have your thyroid checked. You need a Dr that will check your Free T3 and Free T4. Thyroid problems don't always show up in just your TSH. Look up 300+ symptoms of Hypothyroidism. Hope your find a solution. Good luck and VAPE ON

    I believe you could but I don't think they will dissolve very easy in just VG. Maybe try dissolving some in a little bit of distilled water since you can't do PG and then add it to your VG. Someone else may come along with a better solution. Good luck and VAPE ON
