Gettin' my feet wet...... again...
EM adds body to some recipes... sweetens too...I only use it in a couple recipes...Smooth ..I think rounds out the flavor..smooths out the finished product....But I don't use it so someone else might have a better description... :)- debb

I am a big vanilla fan too...I love mine steeped for a week ..longer is better...but I can never wait that long..LOL..I am also a Blueberry fan...I have a BB type and a Vanilla type in my adv...everyday.. :)- debb

yep! I loved the smell immediately...I use it in my Pineapple Up. Down Cake....and Blueberry Cobbler....which I am still working on both recipes.. I think I have a bread flavor or pie crust (have to look) might add that too... :)- debb

I was trying for awhile to make a cakey, bready type for fruit cobblers, etc...Gave up for awhile...but I did find a biscuit flavor I like a lot and works well with fruits and other flavors as well.......works great for my blueberry cobbler... :)- debb

Yup...but if you don't like it adjust to your taste... :) I get cherry on the inhale and cinn/cc on exhale...but that's what I taste...lol- debb
