    It is extremely unsafe to use batteries with a damaged wrap... The battery can short out. Discontinue them 18650 until you can get a new wrap on them!

    Welcome.... I would read up on ohms law and battery safety as Mech mods can be extremely unsafe when used improperly. I don't wanna come off as a jerk but if you don't know a safe build to put on it you should probably hold off on that mod an do a Lil reading first. Again not tryn to be rude...
