RE: DX. They have a huge problem with stock and suppliers. I've ordered from them a few times and it's taken 2 weeks plus just to leave their store. They say they will split orders if some items are unavailable or waiting for stock but they haven't every time I've ordered, I ended up cancelling...
Well, hopefully the SD II will have one huge benefit over all other commercial mods (in the UK). Being IN STOCK. The prodigy has been out of stock or pre-order since it was released, same for the Protege and SB. The SD II could clean up in the UK.
I think 901's probably simulate the smoking experience better due to throat hit and flavour, this is probably one of the reasons why new users/quitters are pointed towards 901's. but they're so inconsistent. A good 901 on 5 volts is vaping heaven but I've had more bad leaky/gurgly/overheating...
I need to drink plenty of water anyway, PG causes lactic acid build up in me which causes sore muscles around my neck and shoulders - I eat a banana a day too for the same reason.
Added myself and a vaping friends location. Still only 11 locations but it's a start. I don't think PV's have spread to Scotland or Ireland yet, obviously too tight to buy them ;).
If anyone wants adding due to lack of Google account or any other reason just make a request.
I got my real 510 connectors with an airhole from Nerf today (thanks again), popped the passthrough connector off and put one on, connected up a Nebula battery and it worked ok but there was too much airflow resulting in much sucking to activate the switch and juice in mouth which I never get...
I assume you mean to make them more drip friendly..wouldn't that stop the liquid being heated ? Anyhow, any modification that can help with dripping would be a definite plus especially in regards to leakage and surface area for liquid retention.
Just made one and I've decided I need a pipe cutter lol. A cutting disc just doesn't cut it (pardon the pun) when it comes to making clean straight edges, at least not with my DIY abilites. It works perfectly though albeit it won't work with automatic nebula batteries yet since my only 510...
I knew about the """Cisco""" and it was in the back of my mind when I made that post but it's not out yet~. The SB and Protege both look a hell of a lot nicer though. If I'm going to buy a mod I want one that I wouldn't have a problem using in public and a screwdriver lookalike doesn't fit that...
They could probably knock out light vapers for similar prices to current mods..only that look like light sabres :). I priced up roughly what you'd need for a PV and I'd probably save around $15-$20 on say the price of a silver bullet - not really worth the time/effort since you still need to...
Compared to the price of a lathe his prices aren't ridiculous. I've made magnums and laser pointers for a fraction of the cost of the Prodigy/Protege but despite having 5volts and a fairly cheap to run mod I might still end up buying a Protege because it looks beautiful and is perfect for the...
Just stuck a torch down one and I see what you mean. I hadn't previously looked that deep into them. So it's basically a case of chopping the top off the cartomizer at the right height to seat the 510/801 etc connector so it's in contact with that centre pole - removing the atty coil of course...
If you want quality you have to pay for it and even then lifespan is still going to be variable in the same way an electric light bulb has a variable lifespan since it's similar technology, converting power to heat using thin wire, hence why they're classed as disposable.
Puresmoker do a quality...
