Despite the fact I have a lot of battery boxes I'd never considered using one as a pass-though. Pretty obvious really and much neater and simpler than using an old battery tube. Thanks :).
In my experiments 4075's stand up a bit better to higher voltages than 901's - They often seem to just get very very hot instead of burning out completely.
1 901 Passthrough, 1 AC-USB adaptor, 1 901 atomizer and 1 bottle of cheap Dekang juice and you're all set for a week assuming you're near an AC outlet $30 delivered from Heavens Gifts. Yes, some kits on special offer would be initially cheaper but then you only get 5 carts which would last you 2...
Can't tell you for the U.S. but the cheaper option took 11 days to get to the UK, it's nearly always 7 days with EMS. You do get accurate tracking with EMS though so you can tell how long customs are vaping..I mean holding your juice for.
I've just got lemon, strawberry and rum from Morrisons, their own brand range, apart from mint that was all they had. I bought them with the intention of putting some flavour into the 3 bland bottles of Marlboro I got from Heavens Gifts. First was rum which although it smelt very'rummy and...
Are you using epoxy or hot glue to keep the PCB in place when the batteries are inserted or just the fact that there's nowhere for it to go due to the space being taken up by the VR and switches and is that epoxy on the atty mount?
Was it a photoelectric or ionization detector? I suspect smoke detectors will become a fairly serious concern as far as vaping is concerned since they would be in places where cigarettes are prohibited. I can see how a photoelectric detector would be set off from pg vapour if enough is blown...
I chain vape drip 12mg all day nearly everyday with no issues, because I love the flavours, not because of nic addiction. There's many people on this forum who vape much much higher than that. I'm definitely less addicted to nicotine than I was because I can happily go hours without vaping...
When I was mixing glycerine with my juice 50/50 I put on over a stone in weight due to eating and constantly felt like I had a hole in my tummy :). That stopped and the weight went when I reverted to standard juices with much less VG content.
One word, superb. I'll be giving the link ( http://tinyurl.com/ecigguide ) to friends and relatives who've shown an interest, one of whom is about to start. Must of taken an absolute age, excellent work!
6 months of vaping :
I've combined totals from suppliers, the majority of my costs have been liquid and intially batteries.
Initial 901 Kit from Ebay : £30
Totally Wicked : £263
Ecigs.co.uk :£179
Heavens Gifts : £184
EastMall : £134
Total £760 / $1300~
I spent a fortune on TW liquid...
The white plastic tops flip off, I use a small screwdriver, inside there's a small grommet, remove that and you have the atomizer wrapped in the wadding with a cellulose barrier. You refill at the sides to avoid getting juice between the atomizer and cellulose barrier, it'll drip out of the hole...
Depends on the model. But in general yes you're lucky, atomizers are very variable in their tolerances and personally I wouldn't try to use 6v+ long term.
The EM juice is fine. Their watermelon cartomizers are right up there with the best juice taste I've ever had and I mostly drip at home. There's two suppliers in the U.S. that do blank cartomizers or DIY with no starting juices. VapourNine is one I can't remember the other but Grimm did a video...
I get 3-4 hours out of an EastMall chain vaping, which I shouldn't be doing but it rocks :). I'm supposed to just use my magnum and passthrough at home and save the cartomizers for when out and about.
