Good review and I agree with you on the mouth-piece, how much effort does it take to supply a black cartridge ?
You should mention 901's always work fine early on.. you just need an endless supply of batteries, it's a great starter e-cig tho' and the popularity has made it economical to make it...
No idea but I'm pretty sure it had a pre-order on the item for a long time, I was under the impression they were just selling as pre-order due to supply problems.
Thanks Crash, your reviews are pretty easy on the ears during the small hours and are really enjoyable to watch, you're more of a vaper who reviews rather than a reviewer who vapes if that makes sense.
Are you comparing throat hit/vapour/taste of the DVP9 to a 901 with a standard 901 battery...
You'll soon get over that clinging to a 'real cigarette' look and start wanting more vapour, taste and throat hit. If you're like a lot of us you'll end up with something akin to a torch or a screwdriver hanging out of your mouth.
If I was starting a fresh with the knowledge I have now then I'd...
Yeah..good spot. You could use the tube for making 901/801/etc converters too. Wayne better start getting more stock in because I can see a rush on these from people in this section of the forum.
I've always been led to believe it was the tar that discolours in tobacco. Anyway, e-cigs seem to dehydrate you and I noticed I was drinking way more tea and coffee so I started drinking plenty of water to compensate and avoid coffee teeth.
Ruyan's Hilton, Vanilla and e-cigs Pina Colada. I usually start the day with some strong tobacco taste like TW's Tobacco or Ruyan's Turkish Blend. You won't go wrong with tobacco variants and menthol, it's the 'cookie' flavours like coke, strawberry and coffee that vary heavily between suppliers.
Except you're stuck with one atomizer so it needs to be cleaned for different flavours, replacing is uneconomical vs a 901/801/other on a torch mod since the atomizer is virtually a new cigar.
I got that exact same model of cigar from PS and the atomizer doesn't come close to a 901 for throat...
Someone else pointed out that there may be other chemicals in tobacco that drown out the 'hit' you get from pure nicotine, it could also be that vapers are in effect ex-smokers and every time they get close to a hit from a cigarette they get a buzz.
£27.99 according to the TW forum. I'm wondering how far you'll be able to dilute their flavoured versions down and still get a decent taste and throat hit. It's going to be different UK sourced suppliers too, currently their juice is made in China like virtually everyone else's. If they can make...
Me too!! 7 days to the UK. The 801 connectors have 2 wires attached in my case too which is a nice touch. I assume the manufacturers put those on ;). Thanks Nerf :D
Sometimes I 'forget' Im addicted to nicotine .. at least I think I am. It doesn't seem to matter how much I cut my liquid either for some reason although at times I'm continually vaping.
I think you're right tho'..there are probably other chemicals we're addicted to in tobacco but just not with...
I enjoy vaping far far more than I ever enjoyed smoking, which was just a way of getting nicotine into my blood. I'm pretty sure that if I get the stage where I'm no longer addicted to nicotine I'll still vape.
