    Thanks. Yeah I actually have been using my fluke as comparison between mods. Vamo is always within + -. 1. Now the VTR and sid are off most times. I had the rma my sid, so I'll compare again when the replacement comes in.

    I can't say yes or no on tour fault. Time you fired, volts fired at, etc all come into play at that point. Hope you work it out though. I don't remove which vendor, kidney puncher I think, sells silicone replacement grommets.

    Are you sure there no kinks in the legs and they are perfectly straight down the tube and securely isolated from one another. Sometimes to much tug, and not enough can cause problems. Also in my experience, once a grommet has been scorched, it will always give off the smell/taste.

    What exactly are you wrapping? Is is kanthal a-1 or something else? What is the gauge wire you are using? Are you trying to wrap micro coils or regular? What is the inner diameter of the coil you are trying to wrap?

    My bike is stripped down. No bags, fairings, nothing. It's not so bad in my vest pocket. No worse then my Galaxy s3 in an otterbox. It takes some getting used to, but it's really not bad at all imo. Plus, it's not a considered a concealed weapon for correcting those young twits at the bar. Lol.

    It's claimed to be the bees knees of APV's. I don't own one, so I won't comment as to it's appeal. Myself, at this point in time, can not justify almost $200 BEFORE good batteries on a VV device only. It can be seen and ordered herethough.
