Cost of a pack of smokes in your area?
You could get cheaper cigs on the reserves here too....but only if u were native....so you had to suck up to someone lol. And even then, they started limiting how many cartons a person could buy. Always putting the screws to smokers... Geesh. Glad I'm not one anymore. (hopefully e cigs will...- Deblym

The cartos definitely aren't empty... And they will work on some batts but not others which is why I'm confused. But I tend to agree with you, the batteries all seem to be working fine. And I know the cartos are nearing the end of their life Span....some more than others. At least one is... -
