    How many years WERE you a analog smoker?

    Smoked for 20 years, quit for 8 started again about 4 years ago. Quit several times in those 4years. So I guess it depends on how u look at it. Far too long no matter how you add it up.

    I'm just curious, if seen some costs in various threads but it has me wondering what the costs of a pack of smokes are right now in your area? I live in Canada (Saskatchewan) and there are 25 cigs in a pack, not sure how many there are in a pack elsewhere I use to smoke one of the cheapest...

    I remember 20 hrs ago in university a prof talking about studies that showed the 'warning! Danger!' way of trying to get people to quit actually increased teen/young adult smoking.....that whole defiant 'dare you' factor. Lol I remember those days well. And slightly off topic saw a news article...

    Does anyone else not freak out when they forget their PV?

    I immediately noticed....as soon as after 2 days of just vaping, that I didn't have that crazed 'NEED a smoke' feeling anymore....I can kinda take it or leave it now.....well....to a point. Lol I'm still addicted to the nicotine, but it definitely doesn't have the same grip on me.
