There's nothing magical about coils (or nic salts come to that) - they are designed to heat up when a current is passed through them. Anyone who states that a particuliar wire type, resistance or configuration of coil is 'designed' for salts is delusional.
Considering most liquids today contain...
Although 'constant voltage' should give a set voltage throughout the battery drain the reality is somewhat hit and miss. It really depends on what the 'constant voltage' is claimed to be - if it's over the actual battery voltage then, in my experience, it still drops off as the battery...
The description you gave (OP) is what i would expect to hear if the batteries were at fault. Genuine 25r's should be able to cope with the wattage and resistance you have quoted. The only way to be sure would be to try the batteries in another mod and see the results.
Alternatively turn down the...
Todd has no control over how a product is marketed. I think his response was the only sensible one he could give to your message. But......
Did he send the hankies and violin ?
Good grief...
I propose additional taxes on shoelaces. The revenue generated from this tax will be used to combat the high levels of shoelace abuse currently being reported by myself.
Or how about....
Due to the rise in children using mobile 'phones i propose a super-tax, the proceeds of which...
Last Summer i ran an eight minute mile (a mile's my limit). Before i switched to vaping i averaged around 40 yards before breaking into a coughing fit. True story.
This thread is a sign of the times in the UK.
A lot of liquids are NOW sold with seperate nicotine shots but the reason behind it is nothing to do with taste...
Commercial e-liquid has been sold in various strengths from 0MG to 36MG since the dawn of the e-cigarette and i strongly suspect that...
Flooded coil at low watts = little vapour production.
Increase watts and airflow to vaporise excess liquid. Switch back if necessary once working well.
Adjust airflow to suit your vaping style - you may be drawing on the device in such a way that you are pulling in more liquid than you are...
Hmmm, i was going to say the fact that all bottom air-flow atties will leak to some extent.
BUT. Then i remembered the days when ash would drop everywhere, pulling skin off my lips when a ciggy stuck to them, burning my fingers when a ciggie would slip, being smelly....
So i guess i don't...
Weird. The complete opposite of my experience. My dentist doesn't bother with the clean anymore and praises the cleanliness of my teeth since i stopped smoking.
(yet another saving to add to the growing list)
Now we all need to know what in tarnation you be vaping...
Yep. They're the ones i use !
Also - the only battery i have ever had a problem with was a..... wait for it...... Efest 18500. Self discharged down to 1 volt from 3.7v over the space of 10 days. Never again.
Funny how a single experience can colour someone's attitude.
I can ony relate my personal experience which is - i have never had a problem with a TrustFire battery in any regulated mod. They work (cool) and charge (cool) fine giving a reliable 1000mAh of power.. Perhaps the fact that the way i vape means i never draw more than 6-7 Amps has a bearing on...
At the risk of being shot down in a blaze of righteous indignation.....
I've been using TrustFire IMR 18500 1300mAh (realistically around 1000mAh) nipple top batteries for the last 4 years in my Provaris. They have been performing as well as AW batteries.
They are freely available at Fast Tech...
I hope ECF doesn't run out of 'funny' emoticons before this thread dies (or gets locked)...
I havn't laughed at a computer screen this much for ages. Bless you all.
I've read the same comment in this thread that i've read in many previous threads in the past; 'using a battery at 30% over the CDR is not dangerous if you know what you're doing'.... and similar words of wisdom.
What does that even mean ?
So knowing it's dangerous makes it less dangerous ? It's...
