Quite frankly most Chinese manufacturers use the same sort of caveats to deter people from using their warranties. Most people consider vaping devices as consumables and expect a limited user life. 11 months doesn't sound too off the mark. The alternative to treating mods as throw-away products... -

Flavour percentages in most recipes (not percentage of individual flavours but overall flavouring to base ratios) are very subjective. I have found that using around half of the total flavouring that's recommended works for me. It's easy enough to add more if required.... Buy some stick-on...- ppeeble

A lot of manufacturers prefer to release an 'updated' model rather than go down the firmware upgradeable route. For obvious reasons. And i agree that most updates were more of a gimmick than a benefit, even if they actually worked. ;) -

Two small mods i use regularly are the Eleaf Aster (probably the most ergonomic and comfortable thumb fire mod ever made) and the Jac Vapour DNA 75w. They aren't short but, by volume, are tiny. Every now and then you will see an Aster for sale in the bargain bins and the Jac Vapour is readily...
