    AAAAh the good old days when VG was considered an optional extra (cough cough)! Half a dozen years ago the predominent ingredient was PG and was listed first. Nowadays the reverse is true and so VG is listed first. Makes sense to me.

    I very much doubt anyone has tested batteries pre-soaked in e-liquid so you'll have to go with your gut instinct. Using logic i would suggest that e-liquid around the battery would make absolutely no difference to their efficiency. They're sealed units.
