When i first started using clearomisers the only coils available had silica wicks. There was some debate as to whether they could potentially be harmful if damaged (or even in general use). At that time alternative wicking materials were not widely available so the whole debate sort of fizzled...
You must have some wicked taste buds to notice a reduction in flavour by diluting a liquid by 6%.
I oftern dilute ready made liquids by 25-50% with no discernable taste difference.
From memory the Milkman range are not the most vibrant of flavours but such a small reduction in flavour percentage...
It's all becoming clear to me now....
I ordered a £50 mod that i didn't actually want so i could get some free £1.99 hand gel.
Boy, do i feel exploited.
True story.
(not a true story)
In my experience the cost has very little to do with how well a device performs and lasts unless you are looking at high-end stuff (probably not Chinese). A device that sells for $80 today may well be available for $20 in six months - that should tell you that quality isn't the number one driver...
Battery rattle on any mod suggests a poor build quality - it's not that hard to ensure the button is in contact with the internal switch. A lot of devices use a flexible membrane or even a spring to pad out any gap between the external button and the switch it contacts. Similarly, bad design or...
Well this is probably going to be contentious but my worst mistake was buying a Dicodes Dani mini. The control system is a nightmare and i struggled to even adjust the wattage. I'm far too old and curmudgeonly to be bothered with having to remember sixteen* assorted button presses to go up one...
A bit contentious here on ECF , but i get my 18500s from FT; TrustFire IMR 18500 3.7V "1300mAh" Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack). Been using them years with no problems.
Read the discussions on the FT forum and decide for yourself if these are suitable for you.
Either the mod has been severely abused or it's counterfeit. The airslots built-in to the 510 should be orientated differently to how they are on this device. The rebates for the screws in the top look as though someone has opened or attempted to open the mod. I can't concieve of how anyone...
I had a similar experience with FT who asked me to send a wrong item back. I supplied them with the tracked cost (a screen grab from the mail site) which was 3 times the value of the item. They immediately responded with 'keep it, we'll send the correct item'......
You are definitely in the...
ProVari P3 is six years old and still going strong - my all day, every day device. All my ProV 2's are still working after 8 or 9 years (admittedly only used occasionally since the P3)..
My original MVP has a built-in battery and is still working and holding a charge - it's indestructible and...
I log in daily but rarely post - i prefer to lurk unless i've had a drink or two. Or unless someone posts something i disagree with and i can raise the effort to respond. Or unless i'm bored. Or unless i feel chatty...
ECF isn't really about vaping for me anymore, it's just a way of connecting...
I find that if i'm rebuilding a coil and breathe in the vapour when test firing it will make me sneeze 2-3 times. The same vapour when inhaled from the device is ok. It seems that vapour going in through the mouth and out through the nose is ok but not the other way round.... Almost as though my...
Well at least you tried. I probably would have looked into alternatives and maybe experimented with different ratios of liquid after maybe 2-3 weeks of mouth ulcers. Heck, i may even have tried a forum to see if anyone could give me advice.
Fair play to you for putting up with it for 12 months...
So the original question was 'is a disposable vape device worse or better for your health than a non-disposable vape device'.....
In my opinion paying between $11 and $18 for the ability to 'hit' 1-2ml of vape liquid is definitely worse for your wealth health than paying less than that.
Other...
What's a puff bar ? - please remember that not all members here are American and/or hip with the cool kids.
I'm going to assume it's a disposable vapour device. But that would make the question nonsensical.
I'm confused :(
With everything else being equal, it stands to reason that breathing in less of a foreign substance is better for your lungs than breathing in more.
30ml @ 3mg or 5ml @ 18mg is the same amount of nicotine which the body will have to process but 6x the amount of VG/PG. That's an opinion but it's...
