    if you're going to take any out of the bottle, while its steeping, make sure you shake it for ages, then put it in a smaller bottle, and leave your original bottle alone till the end of steeping :) this prevents any flavor loss i've found and i dont normally touch mine for 2 weeks after it...

    howdy neighbor! i'm around an hour west of you :p i'll have to work my way back up to the 100's range... used to be able to do 130 in a row at 15 and 190 pounds, now at 20 and 140 ish i can only do 45-50 in a set. but i try to do them twice a day. the pv does wonders for fighting the food...
