    just drink more, take some metabolism boosters, and add a few minutes to your excercise routine a day. if your body is already in weight loss mode that'll probably make your body remain at par. and you'll find it easier to add more as you go along :)

    i didnt say anything about loosing any weight at all. and assuming the average person is up for 16 hours, that leaves you with 400 calories to burn to break even.
