    leaving the cap off unfortunately allows many bacteria in though. as there are no preservatives in any of Geoffs liquids, bacteria = a smaller amount of time prior to spoilage.

    all the ones i ordered before the drop down sweetening option were available were just plain.... like my cheesecakes and butter rum and stuff... but i do have a bottle of sweetener too :p
