    Hope everyone has had a good week and has a great 4th. More houses not being as listed, bad neighborhoods or sell while filling out a lease. This is getting beyond ridiculous and depressing. Staying in a crappy extended stay to at least curb hotel costs and stop moving my stuff so often.

    rose, I probably could but there's trust issues there. Just not comfortable with it. Have 2 more houses to look at tomorrow while waiting to hear on the one I really want. Hopefully they are low balling to far and the owner rejects the offer. One can hope at least.
