    Steve, Agreed. The 'clutter' that remains is various sports memorabilia and things like that. But already got rid of a ton and giving away most of the furniture to other people I know so really won't be that horrible of a move but will mean doing like you did...buying new stuff once down...

    Yeah I moved to this place almost 3 years ago and sadly still seeing some things that I never unpacked lol. Thankfully though been a ton of stuff donated to various shelters and stuff so that has reduced stuff this go round and can go to some good use that way as well.
