    When I used atty/carts isopropyl alcohol worked great. I recommend 90% or higher because it evaporates faster. An easy technique is to soak it for an hour in isopropyl, stirring every now and then to loosen any gunk that might have solidified. Then let the atty air out for about 30 - 45 mins...
