    I've only tried SmokeTip cartridges, which claim to be equivilent to 1.25 packs of traditional cigarettes. I guess it could depend on your smoking habits, but realistically a SmokeTip cartridge lasts me the equivilent a pack used to last me. I was a pack/day smoker.
