    Brew - Go for SIII. I had the II, and happened into the ATT store the day the III was released. Thought I was just checking it out, but left with it. It isn't much bigger, but the battery life is better and it is much snappier. And it has ICS without rooting now.

    Star - I am strictly a Samsung phone guy, and love my Galaxy SIII. Wouldn't trade it for anything. I am a tinkerer, and have it running ICS (not the provider version, a customer ROM) and it screams, and gets pretty much a full day of battery life if I don't play too much words with friends.
