    Thanks Bushmasterar...and sorry for the confusion bigtiime...not sure about the lingo yet. It's a two piece and using a cartomizer. Made the phone call about the return policy and was told that they don't accept returns but will do free exchanges. It also is supposed to have a lifetime...

    bigtiime...I actually HAVE cartomizers and this is what I'm using. The cig came with an atomizer, but I can also use the cart...that's what I have on it now. :)

    A Great Way To Fill Cartomizers - YouTube! Want to make sure I have this right...the cart I have on the end of my ecig right now....all I have to do is fill the condom up 1/2 way and then push the cart down into it and voila...it's refilled?

    I have to admit I'm disappointed with the feedback I've gotten, but appreciate the heads up. Tried calling the store to see what the return [policy is, but got no answer so I'll try again tomorrow. Can you all explain exactly what makes my device a dud? :(

    Ah...I bought it in a kiosk at the mall and have already tried it out so I doubt I can return it :( I'd never seen one before, did a quick research and just got it thinking it was a higher end item. Jeesh! Wish I'd researched more.
