    Stu, Most vendors sell their juice with 0 nic which maybe what you are looking for. Keep in mind that you will be diluting the flavor when you add your "nic base". So if your "nic base" is 36mg and your goal is 18mg you would be mixing 50% of the flavored juice with 50% o your "nic base" thus...
