I've been using the LR306 on my Reo Grand for over a week now with an regular AW 18650 2200mah battery, and it lasts me from 6am until 11:00pm and is still going, but I charge it anyway.     As far as tobacco flavors go, the only one I have stuck with and use for 80% of the day is Tourque from Halo. It's not filled with any "fu fu" flavors. Vaperite's tobaccos are also very good and have kind of an earthy taste to them.

    You could use the 5 battery multi charger for regular 510s from Totallywicked, but you would also need the charging adapter/extender also from TW. It will take longer to charge them, but it will do 5 at a time. Put them on at night, all done in the morning.
