Thanks for making me spend more money I don't have :) Just placed my first order at Vaperite. Got the APV, RY4, VR4 and Rou's Hazelnut. Do Todd's juices need steeping time, or are they ready to go right away?
The 18650 will give you 3.7v (4.2 fully charged). For 6v you would use two 3.0 volt cr123/16340 batteries. I'd reccomend using the AW Lifepo4 batts for 6v
Please don't think I am bashing you at all, I have always received top quality juice and service from TV since I have been purchasing liquid from you. The first three bottles I had received of GB, were amazing, the last 2 have been kind of hohum. It's lacking the candy type sweetness and it's...
I'd like the original Geoff's Blend back, it's been lacking here lately. Before whatever changed, it was the most tasty and perfect juice I have ever tried.
The VVs havent been shipped yet, but to answer the question on efficiency, yes it wastes the voltage as heat. Ryan was ready to ship them last week, but found a small flaw in the heatsink and has since redesigned it to be more efficient and safer. Hopefully they will ship out sometime this week...
The volts should stay at 5v, I believe the Journeyman is a regulated PV, if your talking about watts(whats really important), they should come in right aroun 10w, which by many members is regarded as perfect(an LR 1.5 ohm atty at 3.7 volts is in the 8watt range). I love tobacco and heavier...
Oh yeah, I dont know if you saw the thread about attys not working on Kaji's mods(the feed tube wont fit up them), so far EastMall attys are a no-no, as well as Volcano's Magma atty(a shame to cuz it's great) and H2O smokings attys. The Joyes are a confirmed fit though. Ikenvapes attys are...
At 3.7v, I havent lost one yet(since May 1st). At 5v I'm getting right around a month+, but I also don't clean them at all and I like long drags. If your going to change flavors, just unscrew the atty and blow it out(mouth over cart end and wrap a paper towl around the threads, blow until no...
I'd go with the genuine Joye attys at regular (2.3ohm) resistance. Cheapest places I have found for them when not ordering mass quantities are electronicash and clouds of vapor. If your going ot be ordering more than 25, puresmoker is the way to go.
There's no such thing as a 5v single battery, but some vendor made a series of batteries that made 5v. If i remember right it was expensive, and difficult to charge. Try using a higher ohm atty (3.5 to 4.5) at 6v, it should tame it down to be more enjoyable
I've been using the AW IMR16340 550maH 3.7v batts for a few days, and I must say I'm impressed. Got these to be "just a little safer" and it seems to me that they last almost as long as the 750mah ones, and very little drop off in power. They almost seem to make the GLV2 vape smoother as well...
