    Certainly has signs of uneven coils. As the TC will regulate to the average of both coils combined one could be over heating. Also, I know Ni200 builds don't work well as contact coils. I see your Ti coils are contact coils, does anyone know if this is also a bad idea?

    Lowest Battery Usage Limit

    When I loaded the manufacturer settings provided by Evolv for the Efusion DNA 200, into Escribe, I notice that their battery cut off wa set at about 3.0v. I changed it to 3.5v as I was more comfortable with this setting. Does anyone know if Lipo packs general run lower before cut off?

    I'm planning on storing my next batch of 100mg nic base in the freezer. A quick question, at the temperatures achieved by a standard home freezer, does the nic base expand at all (I'm thinking freezing water expands)?

    Hmm, this doesn't sound right, and I apologies in advance if it is, but if your average Ni200 build comes out at 0.15ohms (cold), there is virtually no resistance. Run say 20w through it in power mode, and sure the resistance will go up, but up to what? 0.2ohms? Still virtually no resistance...

    If the wick is buring through then it really does sound like excessive heat. What wire are you using? I'd guess either you're using a wire that is not Ni200 and your Mod is over heating it when set to 380F, or your Mod's TC is shot.

    @ThunderDan I read it as spitting at first, but re-reading it does say splitting, that combined with the fact h thinks it could be due to cheap cotton, I think he does mean splitting. Either that or it was a typo:p
