Fresh Samsung 25R & VTC5 reading 3.15 on Inline Voltometer?
It's quite simple, you're losing voltage somewhere in the mod. You dry burned it too hot, it melts the cheap insulators that the clone manufacturers use if you burn them too hot, I own 10 of these style clones and have not had this issue get this bad with any of them, build the coils a decent distance from the insulator and don't dry burn them for too long...
