    Aww! I've never really owned birds, but they are pretty smart creatures from what I understand. We had doves once, and they were very soothing. UNTIL we accidentally fed them sunflower seeds, which apparently has a narcotic effect on them. They went NUTS. They were ok, but it was all very harrowing.

    I LOVE IT. There was once a rooster in my backyard. We named him Rooster Cogburn. He just showed up one day when it was raining out, and then he disappeared on another rainy day. I found it all quite mystical until my parents later explained that our neighbors may have eaten him.
