Second that motion. I usually lean more toward dripping. I debated getting a kayfun for months because most of my tanks ended up in a bin after just a few weeks. So far I have been thoroughly pleased with the kayfun. If I'm still using it after a month, I'll fork out for a mini.
I tried gennies for a couple years!!! Oh do this, no? Did you do that? Oh, still no? Have you stood on your head and vaped it upside down and backwards? @&)¥€%#!!!!
I gave up.
I hear you on that Dirq. Doing my regular shire in the kayfun now and it's choking me a bit. Might need to drop to zero nic soon too... I've been vaping 6 during the day and zero at night. Micro's and cotton kick out a whole different experience.
I haven't been too fond of the vertical builds...
I have done a few builds on my kayfun now.
Vertical coil, twisted 32 @ .9 ohm - vapor production was ok, flavor was full on almost too much...
Horizontal 30 AWG @ 1.3 ohm packed cotton too tight down the sides and got bad dry hits on the second day.
Horizontal 30 AWG 1.3 ohm packed too loose...
Yeah the key ring is too high now. Drop the VapeSafe in the bowl first (before the battery) and note it's orientation. The VapeSafe should always go in that side up if it is at the bottom of the bowl or below the battery.
I only mention this because I think you may have been confused in an...
That is odd, I can't figure why that would allow the button/battery to fall out… unless the magnet at the bottom of the bowl is super week for some reason.
Check and see if the key ring is slightly above the battery, if it's below the battery it can cause firing issues.
This can be a fairly simple DIY fix with a small flat head screw driver to pry it up a bit and super glue to fix it in place.
