There are 10 more 18500's but the pics didn't transfer over from the camera for some reason and I've already wiped the card.
There are backups at the store though so I should be able to post the rest up tomorrow.
I don't have any experience with kicks. I hear about more problems than success so I never bothered with them.
Sorry I can't be of more help. 9 times of 10 mod failure is in connection issues. Best I can tell you is check that everything works independently then check for solid connections when...
I will be posting 18500 preview pics later tonight. The 350's will be posted later, possibly tomorrow.
This weeks release will be Friday. It also marks the first release for my pipes made in the new shop!
There is not enough meat on shankless pipes to do a plain 510 thread on. Not to mention it wouldn't look right.
The only pipes I am doing this on are the shanked freehands.
I'm using 32 awg. didn't have 28 or 30 at the house. But this thing is still awesome at that high ohms. I have some thicker gauge wire at the store. I'll have to grab some for a future coil.
Holy bgeezes, 2.5 ohm and the perfect hit of fluffy, tasty plumes!
I just switched out a tightly wrapped ribbon coil that was a 4 wrap over quad folded 3mm silica.
I've been using that set up for the past couple weeks, it worked well but nothing to right home about.
I have used micros and been...
I have been making some pipes that have shanks that will cover part of the tank though.
Helgafell is like this. And some upcoming freehands will be like this too.
They don't actually come with the extension. the extensions are an add on and unfortunately we don't have any at the moment. However Romaniac is hard at work designing a new "short proof" extender that should be available soon.
Sorry to hear about the pay cut Jahf. I can kind of relate. Until the store picks up in sales and the dust settles from putting it all together, I'll be doing some belt tightening of my own. To every thing there is a season... I'm off to turn, turn, turn.
We also have around 50 gorgeous new Jazz Pipes hitting the site tomorrow, including the original 18350 classics.
These are new versions and have a few improvements including a dress ring at the end of the shank. The ring will help prevent cracking or breaking of the shank.
