    Id say at least 10 days as I didnt stop smoking entirely until then, although I drastically reduced. SO - about 2 weeks in I suddenly noticed my cough had GONE and there was no chest rattle at night. Im stuck with the phelgm but Ill take phlegm over taht cough any day.
