Well, with lemon drinks (Limoncello!) I'd think a chocolate based vape such as tobacco/chocolate would be good to contrast. To compliment lemon drinks, I think a creamy mint vape or a mildly chocolate mint vape would go well.

For the best flavor, they *recommend* steeping 2-4 weeks for regular flavors, and 4-8 weeks for tobacco flavors if you don't like them right OOTB. It's a personal choice. For me, I find their juice tastes strange until I let them steep - except for Moo Juice...
The Vapor Station has a reasonably priced sample pack where you choose the flavors (not a pre-made pack). I've only tried one of their tobacco flavors so far but it was quite good, IMO :)

I believe, though overpriced, they make the starter kits as simple as possible so as not to overwhelm people new to vaping. There's so much to learn and it starts to get confusing really fast.
