    I surely do use the headset, though mine is a slightly different model with the light on top. Have you ever lifted it while you were working only to have it drop back down suddenly and bash you over the bridge of the nose? I have. Not fun. But I wouldn't be able to coil otherwise. :)

The expert in his field, he can tell you where the grapes came from, how the body is, notes he picks up in the bouquet, how acidic it is, if there's too many tannins, how it balances on the tongue, etc. etc. etc...
