True, but I'd rather have tasty liquid in a plain bottle than pay $10.00 extra for the fancy packaging. You don't smoke the wrapper.
Er... I guess you could. :P
Most e-cigs have an LED that lights up when you take a puff. We all know this.
What I'm wondering is... Does that LED eat up significant power from the battery? If so, it would seem to me that disabling the LED might extend battery life.
Been to the ECF chat several times. Whenever I go there, no one answers. Are there good and bad times to go to the chat room? Are there times when people actually "chat" in the chat room?
What is the best time to go there, to actually interact with other humans?
Ult
I agree. It's ridiculous. The thing is, the person from Joyetech told me that there ARE indeed U.S. vendors who sell the 510 passthrough. So someone out there's got it. It's just a matter of tracking them down (and hoping they're a good company).
Yeah, I know about the one for the 510. I started that thread, lol. I can't seem to find a supplier anywhere who carries it.
So I'm looking to buy a different model e-cig, one with USB Passthroughs available. I need a backup unit anyway in case something goes wrong with the 510.
The RY4 cartridges I got with my 510 starter kit from dietsmokes.com taste sort of like... car exhaust. No offense to Parked. He had my order to me within 2 days, on a weekend!
But, yeah. These RY4 cartridges are Nasty with a capital N. Not sure I can stand them long enough to use them up...
No other ones, eh?
I guess that means my choices are limited. Thank goodness they're limited to some of the best reviewed e-cigs out there :)
I have a Joye 510, and I find I'm going through 4 or 5 battery charges a day. I spend a lot of time in front of the PC, so I figure a USB passthrough...
Though we don't know for sure if vaping is safer than smoking analogs, we DO know that when vaping we aren't inhaling those 4000 odd ingredients, including over 40 known carcinogens.
I know it's not scientific, but common sense says that inhaling 4 or 5 ingredients (which have not been ignited)...
I know what you mean. I just started vaping yesterday, and I find myself holding on to my e-cig for 20 to 30 minutes, vaping the whole time. Then I consciously realize that I've been vaping non-stop and put it down. Analogs have a built-in timer (the length of the ciggy.)
I haven't developed...
Can you get a "throat hit" from the nicotine-free liquids, or is the intensity of the throat hit directly related to the level of nicotine in the juice?
I'm just wondering, since I only just started (vaping) and have been contemplating my next juice purchase. If I could get a reasonable throat...
Can it be had by the average U. S. consumer? Are there any online suppliers who will sell to individuals? Or (as I suspect) are there strict laws/rules as to who can have pure nicotine, and how much?
Why do vendors charge the same amount for all the different strengths of nicotine fluid? Everywhere I've looked, there's a simple flat price, no matter what strength of nicotine you want.
It would make sense to me if higher-nicotine liquids cost more than lower-nicotine ones. I'd like to mix...
I was able to speak with someone from the Joyetech company in China, via online chat through alibaba, and I was told that there is indeed a USB passthrough device for the 510, and that several U.S. suppliers carry it. However, they refused to give me the names or web addresses of any suppliers...
