A hybrid mech doesn't have a general purpose, one-size-fit's-most 510 top cap... but rather a "floating" (at least as far as the tube threads allow) top cap with no independent 510, telescopic positive post set.
The atomizer post is in direct contact with the battery positive... where clearance...

Depends on what you think is important... and what's just bein' fancy. I'm a flavor vapist who seldom goes below 0.3Ω.
I use Sandvik Kanthal A-1, direct from Temco in gauges 22 through 28. My most commonly used gauges are 24...
With unregulated mechs, you also must take into consideration, an "optimized" build for the wattage provided... per Ohm's law.
For example... lets take the Ohm's law value for 0.4Ω @ 4.2 volts. 10.5 amps insures that you are well within the battery amperage potential, but other than the desired...
At 0.3Ω... as long as you're using 24 gauge or thinner for a dual parallel coil, or 20 gauge or thinner for a single coil -- you'll be able to run a broad range of "heat flux" (perceived "temperature" of the vapor) from mid 100 mW/mm² to well over 400 mW/mm².
Click the first (and second, if you...
With unregulated mods, your wattage output is determined by battery voltage and the atomizers net resistance... this value is calculated using Ohm's law formulas.
Atomizer builds must be optimized, primarily for wire gauge and coil count in parallel... to obtain a desirable balance of...
You may need to "up the wattage" a bit more. Going from a single coil to dual parallel coils with no other adjustments makes for a very "cold" vape.
I'll provide examples... and this is reverent, in varying degrees, regardless of your actual resistance and wattage.
This is a 1.0Ω single coil...
When ever I run into a discrepancy with SE calcualted net resistance vs. what an actual or anticipated value is... it's usually the wire actual thickness vs. the SE "standard" gauge thickness.
It's most frequently thinner than the listed value, but I've run into a few that were thicker.
In...
Nothing in the above really stands out as a possible issue. You've left out a few things, so might still be in that info... or perhaps you inadvertently fixed the issue by changing builds.
Specifics help. Off the top of my head...
Device used and wattage setting.
Build type, incl. wire gauge and coil ID.
Net or measured resistance.
Relative position of coil(s) to juice well.
Juice PG/VG blend.
Atomizer brand and/or model.
Wick material, brand or type.
Wick density. (compression...
Check the atty positive post. Is the post head (510 positive) being pushed, laterally, into, and making contact with the atty body (510 negative)... when screwed and snugged into the mod?
I've seen a few clone Poseidon V3s where the positive post head is only a few thousands smaller OD than the...
You use terms "power" and "structure", as seemingly interchangeable elements... neither of which are specific. The true limiting elements will be heat, air pressure/vacuum, and chemical in nature.
RDAs don't necessarily have a resistance "lower limit"... other than temperature effects on what...
