Well if you are wanting to cut a piece of PCB board and make it round a dremel with a cut off wheel would be first choice.
Or to cut PCB but not be near as a nice edge you could use a number of methods.
Drill a bunch of small hole and work your way around to the shape you want then snap it...
Once again a very sweet looking mod theknifemaker. Think you could change your user name here into theknife&Modmaker.
Love that locking button. Very nice way of doing that. And that mouth piece looks good as well. Is it a drip tip?
Sorry but I`m confused on what you are actually talking about.
What Flashlight might help. This one?

Or this type perhaps...
See this is a rather tricky area actually. How much do you trust the battery protection circuit. It should work but what if. I do however think that if the battery center is pretty much solid it should be good and you would notice the short as you more then likely would get no vape off it. Just...
Liz that seems to be the trouble I`m seeing with this mod it is tin and will dent easy. The thing I have though is it will scratch easy as well. Found that out on my first scrap box the one I tried to mod the lid on. That came out a ugly lid by the way and not a good mod move.
But with the one...
I put the 18650 in positive end first and when you see it in there be sure to accommodate how the lid also goes into the box. I tried the battery contact for the positive post plus thin plastic off the tube for the syringe so it wouldn`t make contact with the tin and the lid would not shut. So...
You are so right geeker. Check it out.

And one of these days this will happen to it. 3/4 complete now but just need to finish it up. This image was finished in paint and the cut out spot to squeeze the bottle...
Wow Liz another nice piece of work with that old beveled/mirrored pyramid . My brother used to make pyramids when we were growing up then put a piece of fruit in them and one outside of it and see what kind of powers the pyramid held. Me I would have just eaten the fruit myself. :)
I think...
 Oh crap they are on to us. Thanks Sci.
And thanks for letting me know they come in other colors. I looked that up on Amazon and I like that red one.
Nice mod job. Sorry to hear of the trouble from that center pin and rubber bushing. I`m lucky they never give me trouble but practice makes perfect I suppose. I put them back together as easy as they come out darn near now.
Anyhow even with the wasted soldering iron tip and switch if you add...
5 Volt Now this is one slick looking mod and really seems to be working well. The paint job is well the best nascar driver out there`s number. :w00t: Awesome
Now all I need is some Nascar tickets to really show it off. :sneaky:
All and a backup so to speak or actually one to use while I...
Wow Liz that is some fantastic stuff there. Love those Scotties by the way. And I was going I`ll say I like that and oh yes that one and wow that one. Just to many to list. Really liked the Butterfly. I watch those all summer here with great admiration to the beauty they are. And OldSanta was...
Sci that switch was a slow boat switch 3 weeks or around there.
That thin sheet rubber I used for the positive contact area has made a good on and off main switch type set up for transporting as well as shown in the 2 pictures below.
Power on Flip Flop switch
Power...
First I`ll show you how I`m finishing this mod on the inside. I placed a foam chunk in along the battery which goes down to the switch and I cut it so I could place a magnet on it to help backup the lid snapping shut. I see no way the battery could fall out by accident now.
This is using...
Ut-Oh another juice feeder.
Well you would be happy to know there is room for it but would have to be really looked at what size bottle etc by a juice feeder modder like yourself or storminyte. Although I might fall victim to this sickness shortly as well.
That foam sheeting looks ideal Sci. Thanks for that link. This mod really is working out well. Darn near hasn`t left my left hand.
Now you are working on what I was thinking last night. :w00t:
A booster. I think very good idea and would fit on the side as well. which if I do try this it`s where...
quasimod I think it really works and feels great in the hand. Fantastic weight as well. Over all I`m going to say one of the best mods I`ve held in my hand so far. Still playing around with that tin I just took apart and tried a different switch in it to see what it would feel and look like...
