    Yes I say that is correct 1 top of battery on my diagram pin 1 2 Center of atomizer on my diagram pin 2 Volt out 3 edge of atomizer on my diagram pin 3 ground 4 ??? Your tact switch should go to 4 and you need a resister between pins 3 and 4.

    Here is a diagram I made when I did my 2 LED 5 volt One side of the switch to pin 4 control pin the other to pin 1 input #1 LED shows Vape power The #2 LED Shows main Power Is on or not. Hope this helps.
