    Is it legal to ship to a country where it is banned. Shipping to Canada is at least 14.95 and in most cases 19.95. I don't understand how you can buy on ebay from other countries and they ship it free.

    I don't think you would absorb as much nicotine unless you inhaled it in your lungs. I am not satisfied unless I can feel it in my lungs. If I did not inhale and just vaped from my mouth I may as well use the nicotine gum other than being able to see the vapor.

    Latest skinny on NICOTINE in E-cigs?

    I don't think I would have been able to quit cigarettes unless I was getting nicotine. I know how it feels to have withdrawals from nicotine. I also can tell when I get too much nicotine (nausea, headache, stomach cramps) As soon as I cut back on vaping these symptoms disappear.

    I assume your or someone you know has schizophrenia. I have never heard of nicotine affecting this mental illness although it does produce a calming effect. A larger percentale of people with mental illness smoke. I think this is due to trying to self medicate.

    IMO it depends on the flavor, the type of ecig and the mg you are vaping. I all works together to produce a better throat hit.
