Dan reported that a recent batch from Madvapes fit perfectly. Nobody understands for sure why some fit well and some don't.

Cheap, ready to go variable voltage modules..

Sure, lots of them have been used. Here's a great one by mamu. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/121826-very-easy-vv-mod-w-switching-regulator.html You're right, size can be the issue and that's one of the reasons why everybody doesn't use them.

Interesting news for modders and a question

There was a video? That company puts out next to no information about their product. A vaping vendor rep and I have discussed back and forth a time or two about their short circuit protection or lack thereof. I'm pretty sure I win the argument as they are just now shipping units with a...

    Scubagen Mods

You know, you raise a good point. I found that getting things positioned properly for ME to work comfortably on those posts was important as well. Send me a PM after you get through one, I have some extra parts I can share with you for building out the rest of your many scubagens....

Thou art an extremely dedicated individual.... I didn't see where you said what wire you were using for the coil. Nichrome, Kanthal, ?

    Scubagen Mods

What gauge wire are you using? You need 22 gauge or smaller... If you can't get it, you CAN just jam the stripped part down inside the clear tube with (on the outside of) the carto tube. Super glue the carto tube in, don't put any glue in that wire area....

I'm still getting a LOT of condensation in my upper chamber when I vape my scubagen, to the point where I have to pop the top off every once in a while and wipe it out. I this happening with everyone elses?

So simple to drop that resistor out by increasing the ohms on the trimmer used. Love it.

They are actually not hard to pull juice out of. When I emptied mine I pulled as much out as I could reach with syringe needle with tank standing up, then laid it down on its side and tilted it a bit and pulled the rest out. Worked really well.

What is everyone using for a fill plug on the Scubagen? I am using one of the tiny screws that matches the m1.6 nuts. Seems to be working fine, not exactly tight but it doesn't fall out if I invert the tank.

    Scubagen Mods

Thanks man. I was happy to get a decent build. It ain't perfect, but I can tell I'm in the right area. I vaped on it quite happily for a couple of hours last night and actually had about 3 different 'levels' of good performance going depending on some minute adjustments. I'm gonna build my...
